This is one of the locals from the back courtyard of The Mix in San Francisco. She is always as drunk as a skunk and there is never a word that you can undestand. Her sentences always end in a belowing laugh. 'Blah blah blah blah.....ha ha ha ha ha'. Oh yeah, this day she was wearing her tightes pair of white slacks with the outline of her 'penis and ball sack' clearly visable.
